Marquee hire at Adventure Bike Rider Festival, Ragley Hall
We were recently approached by the Adventure Bike Rider Festival to help them with their annual event.
About the ABR Festival
Described as being like ‘Glastonbury with motorcycles and posh toilets’ the Adventure Bike Rider (ABR) Festival is when riders and the motorcycle industry get together for three days of biking action and festival entertainment.
It’s easily the biggest bike festival in the UK and is held annually at Ragley Hall, Warwickshire.

Working together
We worked closely with the Event Management team at ABR Festival throughout, making sure we understood exactly what they wanted.
We visited the site a couple of times to work out which of our tents would be most suitable for the location and our allocated space.
The brief
Our brief was to provide the “Travellers Tent” which was for people to go and listen to talks from motorcyclists who’ve been on adventures on their bikes around the world.
What we provided...
We installed two of our largest marquees, individually known as The Grand Soiree.
Both had our unique saffron lining which created exactly the right atmosphere, evoking world travel and exotic locations.
And all the extra little details
We also supplied chillout seating, big brass dishes, cushions, persian rugs and coffee tables.
The outcome
The feedback we got from the Event Management team was extremely positive, they were impressed by how quickly we got everything set up in quite a remote field.
We also got loads of comments from people who did the talks, and from those who visited the tents and took part in the discussions.
They said that our marquees reminded them of some of the places they had travelled to.
