Marquee hire cost

One of the benefits of hiring a marquee for an event is that they are much more cost effective than hiring a bricks and mortar venue.

Not only are they great value for money but they also provide you with better cost control over your event budget, as you get to choose exactly which services and amenities you want.

They’re also a flexible option in other ways too, as you can set up marquees almost anywhere and you get to choose the size, interior design – and all the furniture and accessories too.

Our marquee hire costs - how it all works

Packages

To make things really easy for you, we have a number of all-inclusive packages where essential items are included in the price and so too is delivery – if you’re within 40 miles of us.

Our packages are based on the size of marquee you want to hire from us, and everything you need for your event is included in these packages.

Within these packages there are some options for you to choose from, such as which kind of lining you want.

You can also add additional items to your package too.

Individual items

We can also quote for the hire of individual items.

For example, if you just want one of our marquees, or some outdoor furniture, chillout seating or our outside lighting.

Please just ask us.

Adding additional capacity

If you’re hosting an event with a large number of guests our marquees are designed to fit seamlessly together side-by-side to create bigger spaces and increase capacity.

Our delivery costs

Our packages include free delivery for all hires under 40 miles from our base in Shipston-on-Stour.

For clients who are over 40 miles from our base we only charge £1 per mile driven.
